XR CITY LABは「ウェルビーイングな未来都市をXRで実装する」というビジョンを掲げ2022年12月に設立されました。XR（クロスリアリティー）とは、バーチャルな情報レイヤーとリアルな物理空間レイヤーとの融合の意。
Web3、DAO、AIなどの先端テクノロジーは、単なるトレンドではありません。オードリー・タンの「プルラリティー」に象徴されるように普遍主義文明から、多元主義文明自立分散型文明への歴史的なパラダイムシフトと言えます。私達は、地域仮想通貨、DAO、AIを活用し、コモンズ（社会的共通資本）を再生し、ウェルビーイングな未来都市を実現していきます。
XR CITY LAB was established in December 2022 with the vision of "implementing a well-being-oriented future city through XR." XR (Cross Reality) refers to the fusion of a virtual information layer and a real physical space layer. Cutting-edge technologies such as Web3, DAOs, and AI are not merely trends. As symbolized by Audrey Tang's "Plurality," they represent a historical paradigm shift from a centralized civilization to an autonomous, decentralized civilization. We will utilize local cryptocurrencies, DAOs, and AI to revitalize the commons (social capital) and realize a well-being-oriented future city.

Nobumichi Asai CEO / Creative Director
浅井宣通(Nobumichi Asai / CEO 。
東北大学理学部卒業。リサーチャー、データーサイエンティストとして仮想通貨、DAO、XRなどデジタルコモンズに関わるテクノロジー、コミュニティー、金融などについて研究している。大手デベロッパーなどのプランナー、アドバイザリーとして活動中。一方、メディアアーティストとして、レディー・ガガ、ジェイコブ・コリアーなどグラミー賞アーティストとの国際的コラボレーション、ベネチア国際映画祭Best of VRなど受賞多数。創造的、多元的視点から未来社会を洞察している。
A graduate of the Faculty of Science, Tohoku University, he works as a researcher and data scientist, studying technologies, communities, and finance related to digital commons, including cryptocurrencies, DAOs, and XR. He also works as a planner and advisor for major developers. Meanwhile, as a media artist, he has collaborated internationally with Grammy Award-winning artists such as Lady Gaga and Jacob Collier, and has received numerous awards, including Best of VR at the Venice International Film Festival. He offers insights into future society from a creative and multifaceted perspective.
