XR CITY LABは「ウェルビーイングな未来都市をXRで実装する」というビジョンを掲げ2022年12月に設立されました。近年、注目を集めるメタバース、Web3、DAOなどのテクノロジーの本質は中央集権型インターネット(web2.0)から、自立分散化（Conviviality）へのパラダイムシフト。グローバリズムからローカリズムへの潮流です。XR CITY LABでは、仮想通貨（地域DAO）、地域SNS、XRテクノロジーを活用して、コモンズ（地域共同体）を再生し、ウェルビーイングな未来都市を実現していきます。
XR CITY LAB was established in December 2022 with the vision of "implementing a wellbeing future city with XR. The essence of technologies such as Metaverse, Web3, and DAO that have been attracting attention in recent years is a paradigm shift from a centralized Internet (web2.0) to a more self-sustaining decentralized Internet (Conviviality). XR CITY LAB will utilize virtual currency (local DAO), local SNS, and XR technologies to revitalize the commons (local community) and realize a wellbeing future city.

東北大学理学部卒業。
未来都市研究者、Web3リサーチャー、データサイエンティストとして大手デベロッパーなどの未来都市プロジェクトを手掛ける。グローバリズムからローカリズムへの文明史的転換を背景に、中央集権型インターネットから自立分散化へのパラダイムシフトに着目。テクノロジー視点だけでなく、金融史、思想史の文脈から、ブロックチェーン、XRテクノロジーを活用したコモンズの再生、ウェルビーイングな未来都市の実現を掲げる。技術と人文知を融合した新しい地域文明の創造に取り組んでいる。

一方、メディアアーティストとして、レディー・ガガ、ジェイコブ・コリアーなどグラミー賞アーティストとの国際的コラボレーション、ベネチア国際映画祭Best of VR、文化庁メディア芸術祭受賞など受賞。創造的な多元的視点から未来社会を洞察している。
Graduated from the Faculty of Science, Tohoku University.
As a futurist, Web3 researcher, and data scientist, he leads future city projects for major developers. Against the backdrop of civilization's historical shift from globalism to localism, he focuses on the paradigm shift from centralized to decentralized internet. Beyond a purely technological perspective, he advocates for the regeneration of the commons and the realization of well-being-oriented future cities through blockchain and XR technologies, grounded in the contexts of financial history and intellectual history. He is engaged in creating a new regional civilization that fuses technology and humanities knowledge.
As a futurist, Web3 researcher, and data scientist, he leads future city projects for major developers. Against the backdrop of civilization's historical shift from globalism to localism, he focuses on the paradigm shift from centralized to decentralized internet. Beyond a purely technological perspective, he advocates for the regeneration of the commons and the realization of well-being-oriented future cities through blockchain and XR technologies, grounded in the contexts of financial history and intellectual history. Meanwhile, as a media artist, he has collaborated internationally with Grammy Award artists like Lady Gaga and Jacob Collier, winning awards including the Venice International Film Festival's Best of VR and the Japan Media Arts Festival. He offers insights into future society from a creative, multi-perspective viewpoint.
