地域SNSによるシェアリングプロジェクト
神戸市Co+Creation助成事業に採択されたMirai Commonsの実証実験が2023年3月より須磨区の禅昌寺エリアで始まりました。Mirai Commonsは、1-anotherのローカライズバージョンであり、地域SNSによるシェアリングで、地域コミュニティーの再生と地域のマイクロ経済圏の再生に取り組むプロジェクトです。また1-anotherと同様にグローバリズムを自立分散化し、地域コミュニズムへと転換していくための実験的プロジェクトです。

Outline
Mirai Commonsとは、直訳すると「未来の共有地」という意味です。コモンズとはかつてのイギリスの近世の共同牧草地を表す言葉でした。日本でも入会林野というものがありました。山林を地域住民が、話し合いを通じて、乱獲や乱伐を防ぎ管理していました。これは、住民が共同で管理し、環境を保護しながら、収益を人々に分配し、コミュニティー全体の豊かさを増進し、協働的な結びつきを高める仕組みです。
具体的には、近所の人々が出会い、つながることで「モノ」「食材」「手伝い」「情報」などをシェアリングし、協力しあえる仕組みを作ります。お互いに何かをあげたり、もらったりすることで、つながりが生まれ、まちに喜びや豊かさが生み出されます。これは、使わないモノ（遊休資産）や余った食材などを地域で共有することでコモン（共有資産）は地域内に蓄積し還流します。そのことによって、地域の人々のつながりが強化され、共助の関係性が形成されていきます。また省資源化を促進しサステナブルな社会づくりに役立っていきます。まだ災害が起きたときなどにセーフティーネットとして機能します。コモンズは、グローバリズムの問題を緩和し、サスティナブルでウェルビーイングな社会を実現していくための重要なキーワードなのです。
Mirai Commons means, in literal translation, future commons. Commons was once a term used in early modern England to describe communal meadows. In Japan, there was also a type of forest known as a "joinery forest field. Local residents managed forests through discussions to prevent overharvesting and overcutting. This is a system whereby residents jointly manage the forests, protecting the environment while sharing the profits with others, promoting the overall wealth of the community, and enhancing cooperative ties.
Specifically, it creates a system where neighbors can meet and connect to share "goods," "food," "help," and "information" and cooperate with each other. By giving and receiving something from each other, connections are created and joy and affluence are generated in the community. This is done by sharing unused goods (idle assets) and surplus foodstuffs in the community, so that the common (shared assets) accumulate and flow back into the community. This strengthens the ties between people in the community and forms a relationship of mutual aid. It also promotes resource conservation and helps create a sustainable society. It can also serve as a safety net in the event of a disaster. The commons is an important keyword to mitigate the problems of globalism and to realize a sustainable and wellbeing society.

基本機能はウェブアプリとしてつくられていますが、実験的な取り組みとしてARによる空間的なユーザーインターフェイスからもアクセスできるようになっています。これは、将来的に土地をデジタルで拡張していくための第一歩としての意味が込められています。近い未来において、ARグラスがスマートフォンの代替デバイスになっていくと言われています。リアルな都市も実空間と3Dデジタルデーター化されたミラーワールドとがぴったりと重なり合い、土地や建物を改変しなくても、さまざまな機能を実装していくことができるようになると言われています。次から次へと建物を壊してつくる、といった経済成長時代の考え方から、既存の建物を文化資産と捉え継承しつつ、美しい環境や街を改変せず、壊さずリノベーションとデジタルによって建築拡張し、省資源化を目指す、といったXR CITY LABの掲げる価値観の体現でもあります。
The basic functionality is created as a web application, but as an experimental approach, it can also be accessed through a spatial user interface using AR. The XR CITY LAB embodies the values of the XR CITY LAB, such as the idea that we are moving away from the economic growth era in which one building after another was torn down and built, to one in which existing buildings are considered cultural assets to be inherited, and beautiful environments and cities are renovated and digitally expanded without altering or destroying them, aiming to conserve resources.
Commons Coin
未来コモンズでは、次のステップとして、価値交換のためにブロックチェーンによるコイン（Commons Coin）の発行を計画しています。独自につくられた仮想通貨「コモンズコイン」を人々に発行、給付します。エリア内だけで使える仮想通貨による交換は、地域内の遊休資産を共有資産化し、コモンを形成します。コモン（共有資産）は地域内に蓄積し還流します。そのことによって、地域の人々のつながりが強化され、共助の関係性が形成されていきます。
As a next step, Future Commons plans to issue blockchain coins (Commons Coin) for value exchange. Commons Coin, a uniquely created virtual currency, will be issued and given to people. The exchange using the virtual currency, which can be used only within an area, will turn idle assets in the area into common assets, forming a common. The commons (common assets) accumulate and flow back within the area. This strengthens the ties between people in the community and forms a relationship of mutual aid.
Why
今日、グローバリズムの影響によって世界的なインフレ、景気後退を迎えつつあります。そうした中で、人々のつながりは分断され、共助の機能が衰退していると言われています。人々はとても脆弱な生活基盤の上に立たされています。それゆえ人々の豊かで安全な生活を取り戻すために「つながりの再生」が求められています。本プロジェクトは、場所と結びついたサイバースペース上に地域の人と人とが助け合えるつながりを再生することを目指しています。本サービスはウェブアプリケーションですが、人々が居住する空間、コミュニケーションする空間としての都市や街の設計という意味で、建築/設計のコンテクストにも含まれます。
Today, we are facing global inflation and economic recession due to the effects of globalism. Under such circumstances, it is said that people's connections are fragmented and the function of mutual aid is declining. People are standing on very fragile livelihoods. Therefore, there is a need for "revitalization of connections" in order to restore people's affluent and safe lives. This project aims to regenerate connections in cyberspace that are tied to places, where people in the community can help each other. Although this service is a web application, it is also included in the context of architecture/design in the sense of designing cities and towns as spaces where people live and communicate.
神戸市Co+creation助成事業
本プロジェクトは、神戸市が民間事業者の技術やノウハウ、知識を活かし、行政課題や神戸市の地域社会が抱える課題の解決につながる取組みに対して費用の一部を支援する、「CO＋CREATION KOBE Project」（令和4年度）に選定されました。大和船舶土地建物が事業主体となりXR CITY LABが企画開発協力としています。
This project was selected as part of the CO+CREATION KOBE Project (FY2022), in which the City of Kobe supports a portion of the cost of initiatives to solve administrative issues and problems facing the local community of Kobe City by utilizing the technology, know-how, and knowledge of private businesses. Daiwa Senpaku Land & Building is the project sponsor, and XR CITY LAB is cooperating in the planning and development of the project.
XR CITY LAB
XR CITY LABは「ウェルビーイングな未来都市をXRで実装する」というビジョンを掲げ、2021年12月に設立されました。今日、Web3、DAO、メタバースなどのテクノロジーが大きな注目を集めています。その本質は、中央集権型のインターネット(web2.0)、グローバリズム経済からの自立分散（Conviviality）へのパラダイムシフトです。XR CITY LABでは、地域SNS、仮想通貨（地域DAO）、XRテクノロジーを活用して、コモンズ（地域共同体）を再生し、ウェルビーイングな未来都市を実現していきます。
XR CITY LAB was founded in December 2021 with the vision of "implementing a wellbeing future city with XR".
