地域SNS+仮想通貨サービス1-anotherプロジェクト
神戸市Co+Creation助成事業に採択された1-anotherの実証実験が2/24よりKITANOMADO(神戸市中央区)で始まります。1-anotherは、地域SNS+仮想通貨によりグローバリズムを地域コミュニズムへと自立分散化するためのシェアリングサービスです。

Outline
1-anotherとは、Help one anotherの意味です。近所の人々が出会い、つながることで「モノ」「食材」「手伝い」「情報」などをシェアリングし、協力しあえるサービス（実証実験プロジェクト）です。お互いに何かをあげたり、もらったりすることで、つながりが生まれ、まちに喜びや豊かさが増えていきます。また普段から身近な情報を共有しておくことで、災害が起きたときなど、いざというときも心強いです。また、ちょっとしたキッカケから共感できる仲間と出会い、新しいプロジェクトが生まれるかもしれません。そして、地球のためにもなります。使わないモノ（遊休資産）や余った食材などを地域で共有すれば、たくさんの「もったいない」を解消できます。小さなシェアリングが、サステナビリティにつながります。
1-another" means "Help one another. It is a service (a pilot project) that allows neighbors to meet, connect, and cooperate with each other by sharing "goods," "food," "help," "information," and so on. By giving and receiving something from each other, connections are born, and joy and affluence increase in the community. Sharing familiar information on a regular basis is also reassuring in times of emergency, such as when a disaster strikes. Moreover, a small chance to meet others with whom you can empathize may lead to the birth of a new project. It is also good for the earth. By sharing unused goods (idle assets) and surplus foodstuffs in the community, we can eliminate a lot of "mottainai" (wastefulness). Small sharing leads to sustainability.
Commons Coin
価値交換のためにブロックチェーンによるコイン（Commons Coin）を人々に発行、給付します。エリア内だけで使える仮想通貨による交換は、地域内の遊休資産を共有資産化し、コモンを形成します。コモンは地域内に蓄積し還流します。またそれらの仕組みによって、地域の人々のつながりが強化され、共助の関係性が形成されていきます。（ただし今回の実証実験においては、PoCのためコイン機能は実装されていません）
The blockchain coin (Commons Coin) is issued and distributed to people for value exchange. The exchange of virtual currency, which can be used only within an area, makes idle assets in the area into common assets, forming a common. Commons accumulate and flow back into the community. These mechanisms will also strengthen the ties between people in the community and form a relationship of mutual aid. (However, the coin function has not been implemented in this demonstration experiment because it is a PoC.)
Why
今日、グローバリズムの影響によって世界的なインフレ、景気後退を迎えつつあります。そうした中で、人々のつながりは分断され、共助の機能が衰退していると言われています。人々はとても脆弱な生活基盤の上に立たされています。それゆえ人々の豊かで安全な生活を取り戻すために「つながりの再生」が求められています。本プロジェクトは、場所と結びついたサイバースペース上に地域の人と人とが助け合えるつながりを再生することを目指しています。
Today, we are facing global inflation and economic recession due to the effects of globalism. Under such circumstances, it is said that people's connections are fragmented and the function of mutual aid is declining. People are standing on very fragile livelihoods. Therefore, there is a need for "revitalization of connections" in order to restore people's affluent and safe lives. This project aims to regenerate connections in cyberspace, which is connected to places, where people in the community can help each other.

XR CITY LAB
XR CITY LABは「ウェルビーイングな未来都市をXRで実装する」というビジョンを掲げ、2021年12月に設立されました。今日、Web3、DAO、メタバースなどのテクノロジーが大きな注目を集めています。その本質は、中央集権型のインターネット(web2.0)、グローバリズム経済からの自立分散（Conviviality）へのパラダイムシフトです。XR CITY LABでは、地域SNS、仮想通貨（地域DAO）、XRテクノロジーを活用して、コモンズ（地域共同体）を再生し、ウェルビーイングな未来都市を実現していきます。
